This notice explains what personal data Yavuzer İnsan Kaynakları ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti. processes through this website, why it is processed, and how. It is issued under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact details: your name, company, email address and phone number, as entered in the contact or "Book a call" form.
- Request details: the topic you choose and the message you write.
- Security data: your IP address, the time of submission and the result of the check that distinguishes people from automated submissions.
- Usage data: the pages you visit and your device and browser type, but only if you allow analytics cookies. See our Cookie policy.
Our forms do not ask for special categories of data (such as health, religion or political views). Please leave such information out of your message.

We collect this data automatically, by electronic means, through the website forms and cookies.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. For the purposes above, we share only what is needed with:
- Our service providers: website hosting, the email service that delivers form notifications, and the security service that blocks automated submissions.
- Analytics provider: Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
- Our advisers: our lawyers and accountants, where needed.
- Public authorities: where they are legally entitled to request it.
Transfers abroad: some of our service providers run their servers outside Türkiye: hosting by OVH (Germany), email delivery by Resend (USA), security checks by Cloudflare (USA) and, only with your consent, analytics by Google (USA). These transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. [The standard contracts published by the Personal Data Protection Board will be signed and notified to the Board; the safeguard for each provider is to be confirmed in the legal review.]
How long we keep data
- Form requests: 2 years from our last contact; if your request leads to a contract, for as long as the contract and the applicable retention periods require.
- Security records: 2 years.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
Once that period ends, we delete, destroy or anonymise the data.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can ask us whether we process your personal data and request information about it. You can learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose, and learn which third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad. You can ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data, or to delete or destroy it under the conditions in Article 7. You can ask us to notify corrections and deletions to those third parties, object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation if unlawful processing causes you damage.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
How to make a request
You can send your request in writing to the address above or by email to info@yavuzerconsulting.com from an email address you have already given us. Include your name, contact details and what you are asking for. We reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the request involves a separate cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
