About the Role
We are searching for a Commercial Manager for our client to lead sales, export, and local procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations, including sales, exports, and local procurement.
- Drive the achievement of revenue, profitability, and margin targets.
- Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and procurement costs.
- Conduct pricing and profitability analyses and contribute to pricing strategies.
- Manage credit risk and cash flow in coordination with relevant teams.
- Develop alternative procurement and sales channels.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, new customer acquisition, and field operations.
- Develop and maintain domestic and international customer relationships.
- Identify new export markets and commercial growth opportunities.
- Ensure coordination between production, sales, and commercial operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to improve performance and achieve shared objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in fresh fruit or agriculture.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Proven experience in sales, export, and local procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, pricing, and financial analysis.
- Experience in developing domestic and international business relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
